Eloi

In the book, the Eloi evolved from humans, yet they are short, about four feet tall. They wear tunics with leather belts, and they are beautiful and graceful creatures. Their language is strange. They have childish, pink hands. They are not as intelligent as the people today. They live in extravagent  buildings and seem to be happy all the time. They are like the lower or middle class.

Morlock

In the book, the Morlocks are an evolution of humans. They are like monsters, like a mix between spiders and apes. They have red eys and are very pale. They are like the upper class. They let the Eloi have a good life only to kill them for food. They only come out to feed on Eloi or when it's dark, and they don't like fire. They live underground.
